Overhaul of the Regenerative Air Heater

Production:

• shaft rotor;
• lower cover of the regenerative air heater;
• "cold" layer packages of the regenerative air heater;
• "hot" layer packets of the regenerative air heater;
• thermal expansion compensators;
• scaffolding for installation of regenerative air heater.

Assembly works:

• installation of the lower cover;
• installation of the rotor;
• installation of the lower support;
• installation of the upper support;
• installation of the shaft;
• cutting slots in air and gas boxes;
• replacement of the heating stuffing of the "cold" layer;
• replacement of the heating stuffing of the "hot" layer;
• replacement of regenerative air heater casing shields;
• installation of auxiliary metal structures for installation of the regenerative air heater rotor;
• replacement of valves;
• installation of scaffolding with wooden decks for installation of regenerative air heater;
• adjustment of regenerative air heater seals on a cold rotor;
• inspection and running-in of the regenerative air heater.
